Pour ce soir!!

It's been a while since we invited anyone over for dinner in our tiny dingy flat that I'm not exactly proud of at the moment. So the Yeti decided to invite some friends over first and THEN inform me it was mince and tatties night. *squint*. Anyways, I have a recipe that I tried and passed the Yeti's test, so I'll do that this evening. But I also wanted to make dessert. Since we don't have an oven, I decided to make a good no bake cheesecake! The raw ingredients for dessert was a lot more expensive than those for mince, but hey, I don't make dessert that often so I guess it's fine. It's sitting in the refrigerator right now, firming up for this evening. Can't wait to try!!!
