I have to say I'm really proud of my cats. They're not your idea of a perfect cat that's for sure - Mouse has taken to peeing in the sink every now and then for no apparent reason, and Panda loves to wake you up in the middle of the night (either by purring real close to your ears, and if that doesn't work, then he'll try meowing into your ears, and if that still doesn't work, then he'd just jump right on you) wanting to be stroked. Oh yeah, he doesn't want to be stroked any other time, but at 3-5 am in the morning!
But (there's always a but), they're really intelligent these cats of ours. Remember how they would pee and poop in plastic bags if their toilet tray was filthy? Well, Julien and I had decided to sleep over at my parent's for one night over the weekend, and this time round, I know for sure we did not have any plastic bags lying around in the house. We knew we had to feed the cats the next morning, so we both made an effort to wake up real early to come back home.
As we approached our door from the outside, we could already smell the stench of pooh from outside. Instant movies started flashing in my mind of the cats pooping on the floor, rugs, or worse, furniture! So first thing we did was head right to the toilets to check the damage and OH MY LORD, you wouldn't believe what they did!
There was no spare plastic bag this time like I mentioned, but there was an empty cereal box. So they opened the box, took out the empty plastic where the cereal usually is, and pooped on that plastic!
